We do not ask for, or want, sensitive personal or medical information through website forms. Please share only what you are comfortable with when first getting in touch — the details of your situation are best discussed within a session.

- Provide and manage the counselling, therapy, or coaching services you request;

- Booking (Cal.com) — scheduling sessions and free calls is handled by Cal.com.
- Enquiry form (Google Forms) — if you choose to send an enquiry, you are directed to a form hosted by Google, which delivers your details to us.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — if you contact us via the WhatsApp links, your message is handled through WhatsApp/Meta.
- Email — if you email us, your message is stored in our email provider's system.
- Website hosting — the site is hosted on a third-party hosting provider that keeps basic server logs as described above.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers to understand how they process your data.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. We use a small amount of temporary browser storage to remember, within a single visit, whether you have already seen a pop-up — this is cleared when you close your browser and is not used to track you. Third-party services you interact with (such as Cal.com or Google) may set their own cookies when you use those features.
Confidentiality within therapy
The privacy of this website is separate from the professional confidentiality that applies to therapy itself. Anything you discuss within a counselling or therapy session is treated as confidential in line with professional and ethical standards, and is discussed with you directly at the start of your work together — including the limited circumstances in which confidentiality may need to be broken (for example, where there is a serious risk of harm).
How long we keep your information
We keep your information only for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and to provide our services, and thereafter only as long as required for legitimate professional, record-keeping, or legal reasons. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to remove it securely.
Your choices and rights
You are always in control of the information you share with us. You can ask us to:
- Confirm what personal information we hold about you;
- Correct information that is inaccurate; or
- Delete information we hold, where we are not required to keep it.
